"Not for Enterprises: Lacks Silent Config and Update Support"
The dude I dealt with was cool. I'm really frustrated since I have 200 TimeClick clients, and there's no public access to minor updates for the supported TimeClick Workstation installers. Each time I set up a new machine, I have to either upgrade the server to the newest version or update all 200 clients to align with the latest one.

The chat feature is just great! :) You can tackle your other tasks while sorting out issues simultaneously! Bobby was super quick and efficient in addressing my question.

Bobby effectively guided me through the tricky update process. He promptly responded to my chat request and walked me through the necessary steps to fix the problem.

He also stayed with me to ensure the update went smoothly, assisted me in locating the product key for reactivation, and helped reimport the database when I ran into an import issue.

Had a chat with Bobby on 1/24/22, and he really turned things around for our office. I spent the whole weekend trying to get payroll sorted out, but I just couldn't log in. Reached out to Timeclick first thing this morning, and in just half an hour, I was up and running again! Great work, and I truly appreciate it!

Kyle has shown great professionalism, being super helpful and patient while assisting with the setup for everyone. "Top-Notch Assistance!"
I spent nearly an hour chatting on the phone with Bobby from tech support, and let me tell ya, he was super helpful in sorting out our issues. Bobby was not only friendly but also really knowledgeable, and he quickly pinpointed the problem and came up with a fix. I’m crossing my fingers that I won’t have any more issues down the line, but if I do, I’ll definitely be requesting him.

To start, their product is fantastic and they keep improving their features all the time. I've interacted with customer support on several occasions over the years, and they've consistently been super responsive and professional, which is hard to find these days. Bobby, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and knows his stuff when it comes to resolving our problems. We're looking forward to using their software for many years ahead.

The support team (Kyle and his gang) has been polite and super helpful. I’d suggest Timeclick to any company looking to monitor their staff clocking in and out for shifts. TimeClick is really easy to use and navigate for tracking hours worked.
