"Not for Enterprises: Lacks Silent Config and Update Support"
The dude I dealt with was cool. I'm really frustrated since I have 200 TimeClick clients, and there's no public access to minor updates for the supported TimeClick Workstation installers. Each time I set up a new machine, I have to either upgrade the server to the newest version or update all 200 clients to align with the latest one.

Bobby effectively guided me through the tricky update process. He promptly responded to my chat request and walked me through the necessary steps to fix the problem.
He also stayed with me to ensure the update went smoothly, assisted me in locating the product key for reactivation, and helped reimport the database when I ran into an import issue.

Bobby is fantastic! He got back to me super fast on the chat and sorted out my update issue like a pro, making sure I knew my database was safe, which was such a relief! Plus, he really showed off his tech skills, knowing just the right files to pull up on my machine.

I was in a bit of a bind trying to remember my admin password since I lost the note it was written on. The representative not only assisted me in accessing my account and resetting the password but also took the time to update the software for me.

Had a chat with Bobby on 1/24/22, and he really turned things around for our office. I spent the whole weekend trying to get payroll sorted out, but I just couldn't log in. We're beginning to utilize the accrued time functionalities in Time Click for our entire team. Kyle has shown great professionalism, being super helpful and patient while assisting with the setup for everyone. Plus, he’s been really supportive and understanding, guiding me through how to use Time Click and find all the features we need to check our history. "Top-Notch Assistance!"
I spent nearly an hour chatting on the phone with Bobby from tech support, and let me tell ya, he was super helpful in sorting out our issues. Bobby was not only friendly but also really knowledgeable, and he quickly pinpointed the problem and came up with a fix. I’m crossing my fingers that I won’t have any more issues down the line, but if I do, I’ll definitely be requesting him.

To start, their product is fantastic and they keep improving their features all the time. I've interacted with customer support on several occasions over the years, and they've consistently been super responsive and professional, which is hard to find these days. Bobby, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and knows his stuff when it comes to resolving our problems. We're looking forward to using their software for many years ahead.

The staff I interacted with were super knowledgeable and really keen to assist us when we faced a hiccup signing in from our phones. It was a tough nut to crack, but they persevered until it was resolved. We're really satisfied with timeclick, and I'm glad we chose them while searching for a fresh way to clock in and out. The support team (Kyle and his gang) has been polite and super helpful. I’d suggest Timeclick to any company looking to monitor their staff clocking in and out for shifts. TimeClick is really easy to use and navigate for tracking hours worked.
